Alok Jain is the Managing Director of Trans-consult Asia, a consulting firm specializing in traffic and transport advisory. He is also a Fellow of Civic Exchange, Senior Advisor to IoT Singapore and Expert Trainer with International Association of Public Transport. With several publications to his credit, he is a regular speaker on multi-modal integration, public transport operations and management, SMART mobility, and clean vehicle technologies. A long-term Hong Kong resident, Alok has been professionally ingrained into development agenda of Hong Kong. Alok was also the Deputy Operations Director of The Kowloon Motor Bus Co. until three years ago. Prior to that, Mr Jain worked for MTR Corporation / KCR Corporation, Hong Kong for 12 years. He is also a passionate actor and acted in many stage productions and films. He is part of the ownership team of a Food and Beverage business in Hong Kong, and of a sports business that owns cricket teams in Hong Kong, South Africa and The Caribbean.
