Niraj Gera is the President of Humanify Foundation, which aims to nurture humanity in this world. He is committed to bringing transformation in society through the various roles that he plays, such as a social documentary photographer, motivational speaker, an art of living faculty and a certified life coach. Presently, he has put his heart and soul in voicing the women who are in need of proper education and help concerning menstruation and menstrual hygiene. Through the NGO Humanify Foundation, Niraj plans to spread the campaign to every possible place in India and in furtherance of that he has planned a Pan India drive on menstrual Hygiene Awareness. Through this drive he aims to educate both men and women on the importance of this subject.
