Alex holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Professional Life Coaching from Singapore University of Social Sciences, a Masters in Business Administration from Quantic University, a Bachelors of Business (1st Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University, is a recognised IHRP professional and practising professional life coach for the past 2 years.

Outside of professional coaching, he has been actively employed in the Human Resources and Marketing realms for the past decade, where he utilises coaching and change management techniques to galvanise changes in self and others. At present, he heads up an e-commerce martech company as Chief People Officer, overseeing the regional portfolio in Southeast Asia.
