A Sena Medal awardee for valor in Siachen and Srinagar, Col. Vineet later transitioned into corporate leadership, where he played a pivotal role at Newgen—scaling the workforce from 700 to 3,500 employees, driving revenue growth, and implementing progressive talent practices. He has also completed senior leadership programs at IIM.
