Jian Yuan Tan is the CEO of LAM and has served in relationship management and credit analysis roles across a number of institutions, including HSBC, ANZ, and Standard Chartered Bank. His coverage has spanned mid to large cap companies, both local and international. He has experience in cash management, trade, markets and investment products. Jian Yuan joined LAM in 2016 as an Executive Director. He currently oversees business development and provides oversight on offshore compliance requirements, and aids the investment team with opportunities across Asia, predominately Singapore. He also sits on the risk committee for the Lucerne Composite Fund, a multi-strategy that invests across debt and equity investments.
