After 10+ years of regional marketing management experience for blue-chip companies like Kellogg's and Subway, I shifted my focus to maximizing the potential of individuals. Since 2010, my career evolved from being one of the first Reach®-Certified Personal Branding Strategists in the MENA region to becoming a multi-credentialed Arabic-speaking assessor and coach with a diverse array of experience in the EMEA region. I've assessed and coached hundreds of professionals from different industries in the public and private sectors across the region. My experience encompasses assessment center design and delivery, feedback, leadership development, training, and personal branding and coaching of executives, managers, and senior public officials.

My subject matter expertise lies in personal branding, executive coaching, leadership development, capability assessment, and talent management. I’m accredited as an executive coach by Korn Ferry, certified as a leadership assessor by Hay Group, and qualified as a psychometric profiler by TalentQ and Saville. I am also credentialed by the EFPA and the BPS. I am also a Licensed NLP Practitioner by Richard Bandler. I also hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Consulting and a Masters in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management France, and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. I deliver client work in Arabic, English, and French.
