Lovely has spent the last 20 years in leadership development and has coached and facilitated workshops for MNC's, Indian businesses, public sector units, and medium sized businesses. She has worked with C-suite executives, mid-management and front-line managers. With a bachelor's in economics, a master's in marketing communication, and various certifications in management, psychometrics, organizational development, training & coaching; Lovely brings a solid grasp of theoretical constructs which she seamlessly integrates with real life situations to help managers reach their potential. She is the founder of Larks Learning Private Ltd., the official India partner of FinxS assessments, and a governing board member of the ICF Delhi NCR charter chapter. In order to democratize coaching, she co-authored, “The Alchemy of Coaching: Maximize Self and Team Performance as First-Time Managers”.
