Md. Hasibur Rahaman is a business graduate, and he is working as a youth leader, mental health consultant, happy relationship coach, soft skills trainer, and life/career coach.

In 2016, he established a youth organization named Bangladesh Youth Organization for Skill Development—BYOSD, which works for the skill development of the youth. From then he started public speaking and soft skills training.

Apart from these, he has 8+ years’ experience in leadership and the training industry and 6+ years’ experience in corporate administration. Now, he is working as an assistant of accountant/admin/marketing at The Cove Yanbu Compound in Yanbu, KSA.

Besides, Md. Hasibur Rahaman is now being invited to many organizations as a guest speaker or a trainer for encouraging or training the youth and students. From the 2nd quarter of 2020, he started providing sessions for the mental wellness of youth along with soft skills development sessions.
