This is Md. Hasibur Rahaman. I am working as a Youth Leader, Mental Health Consultant, Happy Relationship Consultant, Soft Skills Trainer and Life/Career Coach. In 2016, I established a youth organization named Bangladesh Youth Organization for Skill Development - BYOSD which works for the skill development of the youth. From then I started Public speaking and soft skills training. After my graduation, I completed PGD in HRM  and MBA in Finance. After that, I did more than 15 courses and trainings on Mental Health, CBT, Psychology, Fitness, Life Coaching, NLP, & other different soft skills from different platforms.
