Specializing in Emerging Economies, Rajeshwar is an 'Inside India' Program faculty at Indian School of Business (ISB). Rajeshwar brings with him an integrated approach to learning, drawing from his knowledge of literature, history, comparative religion and mythology, philosophy, psychology and of course business, economics and systems thinking. He has worked as Coach including multi-rater feedback coaching and performance coaching for senior executive and CEOs of numerous national and multinational companies. He has conducted training programs and consulted for business houses in India, South-East Asia and the USA. He is counted amongst one of the accredited MHS trainers internationally and is qualified to facilitate and certify on ‘Emotional Intelligence’. He is an accredited EQ-icoach. He has taught at School of Finance and Management, Oxford Brooks University, UK and Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management, AZ, USA. He conducts Executive Education and Leadership programs at the Indian School of Business (ISB, Hyderabad). His participants include executives from ESADE Business School and RSM, Erasmus University, among others.
