Sandeep is a finance professional by qualification with diverse experience in finance and business leadership roles in multiple geographies across the Asia Pacific, in industry segments such as FMCG, Media, Pharmaceuticals, and Lifestyle products. Sandeep spent almost 10 years outside the country with a European FMCG company - 2 CEO stints over 6 years (Sri Lanka and Indonesia) and 4 years as Regional Finance Director (Asia Pacific) based in Singapore and on his return to India, set up his own consultancy outfit Value-Unlocked, which operates in Strategy Consulting and Leadership Coaching space. Besides, Sandeep also works extensively in the scale-up/start-up ecosystem, as a mentor, investor, and diagnostic panel member with various incubation setups.

During his corporate career, Sandeep has worked with Perfetti Van Melle, HT Media (Hindustan Times), Gillette, and Ranbaxy. In terms of qualifications, Sandeep is a chartered accountant and a certified internal auditor, which has been supplemented with various executive management programs. On the coaching side, Sandeep is a Marshall Goldsmith certified coach, ACC credentialed ICF member, qualified NLP practitioner, and certified HOGAN assessor. Sandeep sees himself as a life-long learner and is always looking at opportunities to engage in different learning experiences, his current passions being digital marketing, business analytics, innovation, and design thinking, which he draws on extensively across assignments.
