Tor Mesoy is the Founder and Managing Director at Agnus Consulting Ltd., serving clients globally on topics of strategy, leadership and enterprise transformation. Having worked with more than 4000 leaders, he has served on Boards of Directors and led hundreds of engagements in a 30+ years’ career as a management consultant and coach.

Tor draws his experience to help his clients achieve deeper awareness; new insights, a clearer sense of purpose, deeper understanding of how they can achieve personal objectives, bring more value to their organizations, and achieve greater impact. Tor has extensive experience as an executive coach, thus providing a wide range of services, including: top-team alignment, coaching, enhancing team dynamics, agile transformation, lean transformation.

Formerly, he has been in the core team of McKinsey and Co. as well as Accenture. He has been an associate fellow at University of Oxford and currently a member of UNLEASH and Flexcellz. He is also a guest lecturer at University of Hong Kong. He is Certified in Leadership Circle Profile, Leadership Culture Survey, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Step II), coaching (ICF) etc.
